Cancellation Policy

• To cancel an appointment please call, text or email 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment if not you are not able to reschedule. • Deposits are non refundable if you cancel your appointment- if it’s something on my end you will be refunded. • If you are 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to the inconvenience of my time and other potential appointments scheduled after you. • If you no show your scheduled appointment without any communication you will not be able to book any future appointments. • Please come bare handed I do not offer foreign soak offs. If you show up with nails that aren’t my work I will politely decline your service and you will have to reschedule. I only offer soak offs on my work only!. • I also ask that you all please schedule your other potential appointments accordingly I do like to take my time and perfect my work.
